The Enbridge pipeline expansion project has started — and it has already caused problems for local residents along the pipeline route that runs directly through Parshaville.

Long-time residents David and Debbie Hense have been recently battling Enbridge over land-clearing on their property. The bold moves and decisions by Enbridge have prompted them and other area residents to take a stand.

Fun Fact

Church bells could be heard ringing in the village on Sundays from the white frame church on Linden Rd. It was originally Methodist-Episcopal, built in 1876, but over the years it changed denominations. It discontinued service as a church in 1990.
